Either as an in-house programme or as part of our ‘open’ programmes throughout the year we can cultivate the confidence and capabilities of the women in your organization. Using one to one training and psychometric tests, within a support network of like minded women, delegates will be trained in career management, personal brand and impact, networking and developing influential relations; areas shown by research to significantly benefit the organization and the individual.

Change happens ‘one person at a time’ – and bespoke coaching for line managers and senior executives can transform attitudes towards equality. Our coaching programmes identify the very separate matters for each individual, and then explore and assess them in a non-judgmental, supportive environment, while presenting enough of a challenge to get lasting results.
Coaching works particularly well in embedding learnings gained from our consultancy or training programmes.
All our coaches are fully accredited and professionally qualified.
